woo woo!! I got it to pump. For the record, I have a 2006 Tiara Sovran 3600. it is configured the following way...There is no 'y' valve, rather the pump out is on the port bow, the waste overboard is in the starboard aft. So turn on the pump out switch in the dc breaker board under the steps. Now go back to the trunk and open it. Crawl in and in the rear, starboard side is a tru hull with a ball valve on it. As you can see, there are some wires on it. I thought this was a relay, it is actually the switch. Open the valve, be careful to open it slowly and you will feel the pump turn on, I pulled it all the way, and actually was 'past' the switch. So just pull the lever and you may have to jiggle it a little. Now how long you let it run, I am still not sure. But this is a vacum pump, not one of those grinder pumps. so you dont have to worry about running it dry. I guess you could have someone in the cabin moniter the guage for the tank level. (but of course that would have to work as well!!! next project!!)
that's it!!!
that's it!!!
