I am in the process of purchasing a 2008 Sovran 4300 with IPS.   Does anyone know if it should have the T3 or T4 propeller size and what real world cruise and max speed I should expect?

Hi      I own a 07  30 open,  very nice condition    Newport Beach CA.    I have owned many boats over the years  8' sabot on up 72; Ocean Alexander-      this one is perfect run around low stress.

Will probably upgrade to a 36 Coronet 6-12 months from now.

    Hi We have a 1991 Tiara 3300 Open and I see that there is an extendable leaf that comes out from underneath the forward berth. It looks like it is meant to pull out to make the bunk wider for sleeping and there could be a removeable cushion to put on top of that “leaf”. Does anyonr have any insight on if this extendable leaf is meant to widen the bunk? I don’t have a cushion to put on it but considering getting one made so the bunk fits two adults sleeping more comfortably!

Hello new to group 1992 4300 tiara open w/ DD 6v92 @550hp. 
Looking for advice on a mor3 aggressive prop currently running 3 blade 26/28's on a 2.25" shaft, have seen a lot of recomendations to go to the 5 blade 36/38's  any opinions or advice before I spend 12k, because I really want to put a set of sharrow porps on but dont want to spend 26k.

Last fall I made a flush out system for our new to us 36. I found a manifold on Amazon and needed flush attachments for the sea strainers. I had two from my previous boat and purchased another from Seaboard Marine. It is easy to use and also allows me to introduce anti-freeze into the engines when winterizing. 1993 3100. I replaced the raw water pump for the ac unit because it gets really hot. The brand new one runs just as hot. It’s a cal marine ms580. Did I replace a properly running pump?  Both blow cold air

We are trying to get a spare key for our salon door. The boat is an 89 3600 Convertible. The lock is a Rozeto & Casareto, that uses a skeleton type key marked with the number 3. I reached out to Tiara, but they were unable to help. I reached out to the manufacturer but they don’t sell retail, only to builders. Has anyone been able to find a place that can supply these keys? I have called several, local, locksmiths but they have been unable to help.

Cup holder above dinette tab came free from hull (believe bumper used gir rafting was cayse).
Has anyone reattached this to he hull without removing material liner? Looking for some advise prior.
My plan right now is to Make a  small cut and use 5200 to glue wood ledge back to hull, after screw cup holder back in place. Hoping not to remove material to get job done.
